This is a hybrid US location flexible role.\n\nYou will work in a multi‑discipline, highly interactive team to successfully deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems and products. You will perform all aspects of architecture and design and independently apply advanced engineering techniques and analysis within the discipline. You will also develop designs that require innovation and ingenuity, be expected to perform work with little to no supervision, review the work of the discipline team for adequacy on completion, and provide technical guidance to drafters/designers and engineers.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCollaborating with a team of designers and engineers as Architect/Architectural Designer, you’ll help us engage with clients and subcontractors, designing some of the world’s most advanced data center facilities. Your multi‑discipline, highly interactive team will work together to deliver construction documents.\n\nPlan and conduct work requiring judgment and evaluation, selection, and adaptation of architectural techniques and criteria.\n\nExhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control.\n\nPerform calculation checking of others’ work.\n\nCollaborate with other designers in the development of layout, technical design, construction drawings, specification, and model creation.\n\nAttend project meetings and take an active role in helping the team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.\n\nParticipate in and champion internal, cross‑discipline, and external project quality reviews.\n\nSupport field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks.\n\nPerform technical and business presentations with clients and employees.\n\nPerform quality reviews on designs performed by others.\n\nParticipate in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules for process‑specific work.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program\n\n1-2 years of professional Architectural Design experience\n\nExpert‑level proficiency with REVIT , AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite\n\nKnowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities\n\nUnderstanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules\n\nAbility to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams\n\nIdeal Qualifications\n\nMaster’s degree in Architecture\n\nProfessional Architectural License and ability to be licensed in multiple states\n\nExperience with designing data centers and industrial manufacturing facilities\n\nBenefits\nOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
