Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Machine Operator is responsible for operating 1 or multiple machines to fabricate sheet metal into usable parts. This could include running a press brake, precision laser cutter, or assisting in the deburr process. The ability to read and interpret engineering prints and provide input/program the above machines will help you be successful in this position.\n\nIn this function you will:\n• Reference engineering prints or drawings\n• Input program parameters into machine\n• Operate a press brake, laser cutter, and/or assist in deburring process\n• Operate a forklift to move raw material\n• Use precision measuring devices to verify correct material\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\n• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution\n• 1 year of Machine Operator (press brake, CNC, shear, or laser) experience required\n• Must be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16”\n• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.\n• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.
