Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist in Charge)Location: Nacogdoches, TXSchedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No Weekends, Evenings, or Major Holidays)The OpportunityWe're seeking a compassionate, patient-centric Pharmacy Manager to lead and grow a new pharmacy location in partnership with a health center. This role offers the chance to work closely with providers, support underserved patient populations, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant pharmacy services.This position is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and building strong clinical relationships while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safetyProvide medication education and support to patients, including chronic and specialty conditionsLead, mentor, and develop pharmacists and techniciansFoster a positive, patient-focused team cultureCollaborate with clinic providers and participate in clinical meetingsOversee pharmacy operations, including:Regulatory complianceQuality assuranceInventory and workflow managementFinancial performance and loss preventionCustomer service and patient satisfactionMaintain compliance with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste & Abuse requirementsEnsure adherence to all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulationsRequired Education & LicensureBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited programActive pharmacist license in the state of practiceAll required federal and state credentialingPreferred Experience & Skills5+ years of pharmacist experience3+ years of pharmacy management experienceRetail pharmacy leadership experience preferred340B experience a plus (not required)Immunization certification and vaccination administration preferredStrong communication and patient service skillsExperience with growth planning and pharmacy expansionPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsFine motor skills for repetitive hand motions (keyboard/phone)Ability to hear, speak, and communicate clearly
