This role requires running low-voltage cabling, bending conduit, reading blueprints, and configuring network equipment in commercial environments. Life, AD&D and LTD insurancePaid Vacation and Holidays Company-Matched 401(k) and IRA Retirement Savings Key Responsibilities:System Installation: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various commercial CCTV systemsCable Infrastructure: Run low-voltage Cat 6 cabling through commercial buildingsPhysical Infrastructure: Install conduit and drill concrete walls as required for cable pathwaysNetwork Integration: Complete all wiring, setup Main Distribution Frames (MDFs), and troubleshoot network switchesSystem Testing: Conduct operational tests and troubleshoot new installations to guarantee functionalityCompliance Verification: Ensure all systems satisfy customer contracts and meet local, state, and federal codesTeam Collaboration: Assist Installation Team Leads and Project Managers with schedules and equipment deliveryRequired Qualifications & LicensesLicensing: Current, valid state Physical Security license and/or Life Safety license if applicable would be a plusDriving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years)Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of cabling infrastructure, blueprints, site maps, and closeout documentationSafety Certifications: Certified (or willing to get certified in orientation class) to operate a boom or scissor lift and comfortable working at heights.
