To report such conditions as soon as such condition is known to supervisors and/or the safety directorUtilize your knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to properly troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issuesRepair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipmentExamine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wearReassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairsObserve and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using various testing devicesWork with CNC control systems including servo drives and motors troubleshooting and input/output/communicationsClean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machineryPerform preventative maintenance as laid out on check sheetsTo be dependable and reliable, to report to work on time each day. To maintain a good work record. To be consistently professional and work without close supervisionMust be able to operate and maintain floor scrubberMust have or be able to get and maintain a valid fork truck licenseOther duties may be assigned at any timeEducation And/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 30 days on the job training.Good knowledge of buildings, loading docks, truck wells, entrances, security situationsAny other duties, educational or training as assigned and directed by supervisor/manager
