Located in Georgetown, TX (near IH-35 and Westinghouse Road), we are a top-tier supplier known for precision machined and rebuilt products.\n\nWe offer a competitive benefits package including *100% company-paid employee health, dental, and vision insurance*, plus a *401(k) with company match*.\n\n*What You’ll Do*\n\n*Own the Rebuild:* Disassemble, troubleshoot, rebuild, and qualify simple to advanced mechanical assemblies, returning used components to like-new condition.\n\n*Solve the Hard Problems:* Troubleshoot complex and recurring assemblies, identify root causes, and work with engineering to establish first-time repair processes.\n\n*Build the Process:* Create, implement, and follow detailed SOPs that document the correct way to process specific parts and perform complex rebuilds.\n\n*Keep Production Moving:* Prioritize WIP, manage competing assignments, and hit order due dates without compromising quality.\n\n*Source What’s Needed:* Identify and source components required to complete repairs and rebuilds.\n\n*Protect Quality:* Document quality issues, escalate problems quickly, and communicate with management, vendors, and customers when required.\n\n*Make It Better:* Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and streamline existing processes using LEAN, TPM, and 5S principles.\n\n*Be the Go-To:* Train other employees on processing team responsibilities and serve as a resource for advanced assignments requiring sound judgment and initiative.\n\n*Support the Shop:* Install and qualify new equipment and operate manual mills and lathes when required.\n\n*Do Whatever It Takes:* Jump in and support the team’s daily workload when priorities change. We succeed as a team, and everyone is expected to contribute.\n\n*What We’re Looking For*\n\n*Mechanical IQ:* 2–4 years of related industry experience with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience using hand tools to rebuild and reassemble mechanical assemblies.\n\n*Troubleshooting Skills:* You can work through complex mechanical problems, think critically, and find practical solutions without needing every step spelled out.\n\n*Process Discipline:* You understand why SOPs matter, follow them consistently, and can create comprehensive procedures when a process is new or changing.\n\n*Continuous Improvement Mindset:* Familiarity with TPM, LEAN, and 5S concepts and a willingness to identify better, faster, and more reliable ways to get the job done.\n\n*Team Player:* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. You know when to work independently and when to pull in engineering, management, or the rest of the team.\n\n*Work Ethic:* You show up on time, stay organized, take ownership, and have a sense of urgency when the job demands it.\n\n*Attention to Detail:* You take pride in getting the details right and understand that quality and customer service are everyone’s responsibility.\n\n*Tech Skills:* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\n\n*Physical Requirements:* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\n\n*Requirements:* Previous semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
