About Us:Scout House is a creative technology studio that builds immersive experiences, digital learning platforms, and content for the world's biggest technology companies. We've produced game trailers for Meta, built creator programs for YouTube, and designed interactive experiences that push what's possible in emerging media. We're a 30-person team in Long Beach, and right now we're rebuilding how we work — integrating AI into every part of our creative process. If you want to make things nobody's made before, this is the place.The Opportunity:This summer, we are launching a hands-on, AI-focused internship to build internal AI-powered pipelines and tools. You'll be part of a 3-person AI intern cohort collaborating across content, business development, and operations. As our AI + Business Development Intern, you will design tools that support prospecting, research, proposal creation, and pipeline management.What You’ll Do:Build and test AI-assisted pitch deck generation workflows for rapid client customizationSupport prospecting and lead research workflows using AI toolsAutomate client research and competitive analysis using AIPrototype AI tools for proposal drafting, lead scoring, and business strategy insightsDocument workflows and provide a handoff for team adoptionWhat You’ll Get:Hands-on work on active projects for major technology platforms and consumer brandsDirect mentorship from studio leadership and senior creativesA portfolio of real, shipped work — not hypothetical class projectsInfluence over how a creative tech studio integrates AI into its core operationsSkills and Experience:Interest in business development, sales, or client relationsStrong research and synthesis skillsExperience using AI for research synthesis and writing (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity)Familiarity with AI-assisted prospecting or CRM tools like Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales NavigatorExperience creating decks or proposals with tools like GammaProfessional communication skills (client-facing materials)Bonus Skills:Proposal or deck creation experienceFamiliarity with tech/media industry workflowsHow to Apply: Send your resume, examples of AI projects, and a brief description of how you’ve used AI to solve problems to recruiting@scouthouse.com.
