Completes advanced analyses and reporting.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nReviews and processes moderately complex transactions; reviews requests for proper documentation and authorization; performs necessary research in account history.\nMay perform quality checks of transaction processed by other team members. Identifies and takes action on errors; researches and implements prevention plans to minimize similar errors in the future; maintains departmental standards for quality and productivity.\nWorks with more senior associates on projects designed to improve business processes. Proactively identifies and recommends areas where improvements to straightforward transaction processing or client support can be improved.\nContinues to develop knowledge of clients and client requirements. Works to develop mastery over firm policies and practices and identifies issues and areas of improvement where applicable.\nCommunicates either verbally or in writing with clients.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired:\n\nHigh school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND\n1+ years of COSS work experience\n\nPreferred:\n\n1 year RAM experience\n\nFINRA Requirements\n\nFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.\n\nWork Flexibility\n\nSpecial WFH rotation – in-office for two weeks and home the following week Tuesday - Thursday on a rotation.\n\nBase Salary Ranges\n\nPlease review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.\n\n$50,000 - $60,500 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers\n$50,000 - $60,500 for the location of: Washington, D.C.\n$50,000 - $60,500 for the location of: New York, California\n\nThis job is eligible for overtime pay.\n\nPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
