You'll partner with our CPAs and subject matter experts to transform complex accounting, auditing, and regulatory topics into clear, engaging eLearning, webinars, videos, and other learning experiences.\n\nYou'll work across the entire learning lifecycle—from instructional design and eLearning development to multimedia production, LMS administration, accessibility, and CPE compliance.\n\n*What You'll Do*\n\n*Learning Design and Development (~50%)*\n\n* Analyze learner needs and translate complex accounting, auditing, and regulatory topics into engaging learning experiences by partnering with CPAs and subject matter experts.\n* Build eLearning in Articulate Storyline and Rise, with custom graphics, realistic scenarios, and knowledge checks that meet NASBA requirements for learning objectives and participant engagement.\n* Maintain the Learning Library as standards change, using established QA and version-control processes.\n\n*Delivery, LMS, and CPE Compliance (~25%)*\n\n* Administer Docebo: build courses, manage enrollments, and track completions to meet NASBA completion verification and documentation requirements.\n* Coordinate and produce live webinars and instructor-led training (ILT), including CPE attendance monitoring.\n* Support compliance with NASBA/AICPA CPE standards and the annual NASBA Registry renewal process.\n* Ensure all content meets WCAG AA accessibility requirements.\n\n*Video, Audio, and Visual Media (~15%)*\n\n* Plan, film, and edit educational videos and podcasts, including lighting, green screen, audio mixing, and color correction.\n* Create thumbnails, slide decks, infographics, and motion graphics aligned with GAAP Dynamics brand standards.\n\n*Evaluation and Improvement (~5%)*\n\n* Build evaluation tools and reports on completion, learner satisfaction, knowledge gain, and client usage, and recommend improvements based on the results.\n\n*Other / Team Support (~5%)*\n\n* Occasionally create client-facing marketing materials that promote GAAP Dynamics' learning solutions.\n* Contribute to special L&D projects and other team initiatives as needed.\n\n*Why You Might Love Working Here*\n\nWe're a small team, which means you won't be boxed into one narrow piece of the learning process.
