greenhouse production, flowerbed maintenance, and related functions.\n\nGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n* Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment.\n* Demonstrates professionalism, dependability, and respect when working with others.\n* Follows established safety procedures, policies, and work instructions.\n* Communicates effectively with supervisors and team members.\n* Properly uses and maintains assigned tools and equipment.\n* Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.\n\nJOB-SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Duties\n\n* Exhibits regular and punctual attendance.\n* Assists with landscaping activities as assigned.\n* Assists with farm and ranch activities as assigned.\n* Assists with lawn and plant care activities.\n* Assists with pest and weed control activities.\n* Assists with maintaining equipment, tools, and shop areas.\n* Maintains greenhouse and planting activities.\n* Maintains flowerbeds and landscaped areas.\n* Monitors for insects, weeds, diseases, and deficiencies affecting flowers and plants.\n* Assists with the proper care and maintenance of flowers, plants, trees, and other landscaping.\n* Performs general grounds maintenance and cleanup.\n* Performs other related duties as assigned.\n\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS\n\n* High school diploma or GED equivalency required.\n* Proficiency in general horticulture equipment operation required.\n* Must possess strong time-management and detail-oriented skills.\n* Must be at least 18 years of age.\n* Must possess a valid Texas driver's license.\n* Must be able to perform physical activities including bending, lifting, grasping, pushing/pulling, and prolonged sitting or standing.\n* Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\n* Must be available for
