At the heart of the practice is a neuro-affirming philosophy: seeing each child as a whole person, not a diagnosis.About The RoleAs an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients in home and community settings to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervisionCollect and record accurate session dataSupport skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcementMaintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and familiesParticipate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special educationQualificationsCurrent RBT Certification (required)Active CPR Certification (required within your first 30 days)Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & insurance (required)Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25–40 lbs, and engaging in active playWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $25-$30 per hourSupervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certificationHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible full-time employees)Career growth opportunities within a supportive organizationOngoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAsBackground CheckAll candidates must pass a background check.
