We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our team in Piscataway, NJ.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for contract and full-time positionsManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboardingUtilize ATS platforms and job portals to track candidates and maintain recruitment dataConduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fitBuild strong pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networkingCoordinate with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirementsMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring processEnsure timely submission of qualified candidates to clientsSupport recruitment reporting and database managementRequirements2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing or agency recruitingExperience recruiting for Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, Entertainment, or related industries is a plusStrong sourcing and candidate screening skillsHands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, onsite team environmentBachelor’s degree preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salaryAttractive sales and performance incentivesCareer growth opportunities within a growing staffing organizationCollaborative and energetic work environmentExposure to major enterprise clients across the U.S.
