You will also be tasked with daily AV system checks and providing technical support for workplace hardware. A key part of the job involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring all audio-visual needs are met for both daily operations and high-profile events.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSet up, test, and operate all AV equipment for meetings and events.\nManage control booth technology for dedicated event spaces.\nMeet with event hosts to confirm technical needs and conduct rehearsals.\nPerform regular checks on conference room AV systems for functionality.\nRespond to and resolve escalated IT/AV tickets.\nMust-Have Skills: 2-4 years of corporate event/AV production experience.\nStrong technical knowledge of corporate AV systems.\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues.\nIndustry Experience:\nExperience in corporate event support and audio-visual production is required for this position.\n\nABOUT AKRAYA\nAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment .
