Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, infrastructure, and connectivity issues. Support infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives. Collaborate with development teams utilizing GitLab repositories and source control best practices. Build, test, and validate changes locally before deployment through automated CI/CD pipelines. Support ongoing migration and standardization efforts related to GitLab and DevOps tooling. Manage and support repository security practices including: vulnerability scanning, merge request security reviews, repository scanning, and new project security assessments. Partner with Security teams to champion shift-left security and DevSecOps methodologies. Support implementation and integration efforts related to Freshworks and other enterprise ITSM platforms. Ensure security compliance and remediation efforts are incorporated into development and deployment workflows. Create and maintain network architecture, configuration, and operational documentation.
