Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chiller Technician/Manager based in Monroe County, Florida. The Chiller Technician/Manager will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of chiller systems and associated HVAC equipment. The role involves diagnosing issues, maintaining service records, collaborating with the team, and ensuring the highest standards in safety and performance are met in line with industry standards. The candidate will also manage schedules, oversee projects, and communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent service. Qualifications Expertise in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chiller systems and HVAC equipmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issuesExperience in team management, project oversight, and schedulingExcellent communication and customer service skillsHands-on experience with tools and equipment related to chiller and HVAC maintenanceKnowledge of industry safety standards and best practicesValid licenses or certifications relevant to chiller and HVAC systems are a plusExperience in the HVAC industry and a strong technical backgroundAbility to work independently on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
