You will be hitting the ground running in a fast-paced, high-volume environment alongside a team that takes the work seriously and supports each other to get it done.COMPENSATION $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.WHAT YOU WILL DOPrepare and send complete title packages to lenders with accuracy and speedPerform title curative work, obtain payoffs, and order HOA informationPrepare title and settlement documents for closingDraft Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements in coordination with lendersBalance files for closing and ensure all figures are reconciledRespond to inquiries from buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders throughout the closing processMonitor a shared email inbox and manage incoming communications efficientlyHandle filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks that keep the operation running smoothlyWHO YOU AREA detail-oriented professional who catches errors before they become problemsSelf-motivated and able to manage your own workload without being micromanagedA true team player who communicates clearly and shows up for your colleaguesComfortable juggling multiple files at once without losing focus or accuracyCalm under pressure and experienced working against tight deadlinesSomeone who takes pride in delivering a smooth, professional closing experienceREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma required; college degree preferred2 or more years of experience in title or real estateWorking knowledge of the Closing Disclosure is strongly preferredExperience managing a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Qualia preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service orientation and professional interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and move seamlessly between filesReady to bring your title expertise to a team that will put it to good use?
