Apply now!\n\nStretching Operator Responsibilities:\n\nStretch and shape dough to required specifications, ensuring consistency in size, thickness, appearance, and quality\nInspect products throughout the stretching process to verify conformance to established standards\nEnsure product is processed and delivered to the next production stage in a timely manner to maintain production flow\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the stretching area, equipment, and workstations\nFollow all GMP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, quality, and safety requirements\nMonitor product quality and communicate concerns, deviations, or non-conformances to leadership\nIdentify production issues and opportunities for process improvement\nSupport production changeovers, sanitation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives\nComplete required production and quality documentation accurately and timely\nMonitor equipment within the work area and communicate maintenance or operational concerns\nCommunicate production issues, food safety concerns, equipment problems, and opportunities for improvement in a timely manner\n\nRequirements for Stretching Operator:\n\nAbility to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull ingredients, materials, and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks involving hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders\nAbility to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, and climb stairs as needed\nAbility to safely handle and transport product trays, racks, and production materials\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, moving equipment, and food production machinery\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements\n\nQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
