The company is evolving toward a more institutional, REIT-style operating platform with a strong emphasis on operational performance, systems, and driving NOI across the portfolio.They are seeking a Senior Director of Asset Management to play a key role in optimizing the performance of a multifamily portfolio across multiple markets.The RoleThis is a highly operational asset management role focused on driving NOI, enhancing property performance, and helping evolve a more institutional, performance-driven asset management platform. The firm is looking for a hands-on leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution.The portfolio includes a mix of stabilized and lease-up multifamily assets, creating an opportunity for someone who enjoys both operational oversight and value creationKey ResponsibilitiesDrive property and portfolio performance across a multifamily portfolioDevelop and execute asset-level business plans focused on NOI growth and value enhancementPartner closely with third-party property management companies, holding them accountable for operational execution and financial performanceAnalyze property performance, identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense optimization, and implement actionable strategiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts across assigned assetsCollaborate with internal investment, development, and operations teams to maximize asset performanceOversee operational initiatives including procurement, expense management, capital planning, and operational efficienciesProvide regular reporting and portfolio insights to senior leadership, helping drive strategic decision-makingHelp continue the evolution of a more sophisticated and institutional asset management platform
