The role offers broad, hands-on exposure across core finance operations with real ownership from day one. You’ll play a key role in shaping financial processes, driving efficiency and building scalable infrastructure as the business continues to expand rapidly.Key responsibilities:Take ownership of critical components of the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and insightful financial analysis that helps shape business understandingPlay a central role in day-to-day accounting operations across payables, receivables, and billing, ensuring accuracy and smooth financial flow throughout the businessMaintain high-integrity financial records by monitoring transactions and continuously improving reporting schedules and processesSupport cash flow visibility through tracking, reporting and analysis that informs strategic decision-makingHelp design and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and scalable operational workflows as the business growsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting accuracy and improve overall business visibilityContribute to finance systems optimization and process automation initiatives that increase efficiency and scalabilityAssist in audit preparation and external reporting, ensuring readiness, compliance and precision in all deliverablesDrive forward ad hoc projects linked to rapid business growth, operational improvement, and the ongoing development of a modern finance functionWhat We’re Looking ForCore ExperienceCPA or equivalent accounting qualification4+ years of accounting experience in a high-growth (VC-Backed, Series A/B) software firm.Strong foundation across general accounting, reconciliations, reporting and close processesAbility to investigate and explain financial movements clearly and accuratelyComfortable operating within lean teams and taking ownership of responsibilities independentlyExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholdersWhy JoinOpportunity to step into a broad, high-visibility accounting roleCollaborative and entrepreneurial working environmentSignificant ownership and impact within a growing organizationStrong long-term progression opportunities as the business expandsDirect exposure to strategic projects and senior leadership initiatives
