Possesses strong technical aptitude and effective interpersonal skills.\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\n\r\nCompletes system servicing and/or installations of various types of integrated systems.\r\nCompletes servicing and/or installation of basic to advanced network devices.\r\nCompletes routing and scheduling for commercial service jobs.\r\n\r\nWhat You'll Need:\r\n\r\nEducation & Experience:\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\r\nMinimum of 2-years of fire detection and signaling systems experience (burglary, fire alarm, CCTV and access control).\r\n\r\n5+ years industry experience - Preferred.\r\n\r\n\r\nCertification/License:\r\n\r\nMust possess a Valid Driver's License.\r\nNew York Fire Alarm License - Preferred.\r\nESA Certified Alarm Technician Level 2 or equivalent - Preferred.\r\n\r\nNICET Fire or Video Level 2 - Preferred.\r\n\r\n\r\nCommunication:\r\n\r\n\r\nMust be able to effectively communicate with various individuals in a professional manner in order to provide superior customer service.\r\n\r\n\r\nTechnical:\r\n\r\nUnderstands software and programming for the primary manufacturers used by their home branch.\r\nPossesses the skill to decipher/design integrated systems in conjunction with local jurisdiction requirements.\r\n\r\nSummary\r\nAs a Lead Systems Technician, you will be responsible for the Servicing and/or Installation of commercial integrated systems including Burglar and Fire Alarms, Access Control, and Video.
