You'll also responsible for analyzing external and internal threats in order to protect sensitive data within the organization's network and office automation devices.\r\nHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:\r\nSet up, maintain, and monitor various IT security systems/applications\r\nManage IT security and IT risk across the company, including data systems, network and Web\r\nAddress questions from internal and external audits and examinations\r\nIdentify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans\r\nPerform local IT operation that are in compliance with corporate IT security practices and monitor for adherence and violations of policies.\r\nMonitor for internal and web-borne security threats and ensure systems and all networks are secured against intrusions.\r\nHere's what you'll need:\r\nBS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or related field.\r\nSANS, ISACA, (ISC)2, CompTIA, Cisco, CERT, OR other recognized technical cyber security certifications are preferred.\r\nMinimum 2+ years of relevant experience.\r\nExperience in network, server or application security control and monitoring.\r\nKnowledge with Firewalls/IDS/IPS/Endpoint Security/DLP/Proxy technologies.\r\nWorking experience and knowledge of Unix and Windows OS as well as Oracle and MS/SQL database platforms.\r\nWorking knowledge utilizing MS Active Directory, MS GPO Policy, and Power Shell.\r\nProficient in server virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.\r\nFamiliar with Microsoft PowerShell.\r\nBe able to support 24x7 manufacturing facility.\r\nWeb development experience is a plus but not required.\r\nPrevious semiconductor experience is a plus but not required.\r\nKorean language skills are a plus but not required.\r\nThe current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $150,760. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.\r\nAt Samsung SAS, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package.
