Regional Channel Sales Manager – Medical Imaging
Position Summary We are a fast-growing innovator in advanced digital radiography (X-ray) imaging technology focused on expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective imaging solutions across North America. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Channel Sales Manager to expand and strengthen our dealer and distribution network within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for developing strategic channel partnerships, driving regional business growth, and increasing market penetration through dealers, distributors, resellers, and imaging solution partners. The ideal candidate is a self-driven business development professional with experience building territories, managing channel relationships, and supporting long-term partner success within the medical imaging industry. This is a high-visibility opportunity to play a direct role in the company’s commercial expansion during an exciting stage of growth. Target markets include chiropractic, veterinary, orthopedic, urgent care, outpatient imaging, and independent imaging centers. Territory Northeast Territory ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NJ, NY, PA, MD, DE, VA Primary focus states include NY, PA, and NJ. West Territory WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, UT, AZ, CA, NV, AK, HI Primary focus states include CA, AZ, and WA. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or in a location that allows effective regional coverage. Territory structure and regional alignment may evolve based on business growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Channel Development & Expansion Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop qualified dealers, distributors, and value-added resellers to expand regional market coverage. Build long-term strategic relationships with channel partners to drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration. Evaluate territory opportunities and prioritize high-potential accounts and regional partners. Partner Enablement & Commercial Support Support partner onboarding, product education, pricing discussions, and joint business planning activities. Conduct joint customer visits, product demonstrations, and regional sales activities alongside dealer partners. Participate in regional trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences. Pipeline Management & Forecasting Maintain visibility into partner pipelines, sales activities, and opportunity development through CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and structured sales management processes. Provide accurate forecasting, territory planning, and sales performance reporting. Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company growth objectives. Market Intelligence & Strategic Feedback Monitor competitive activity, market trends, pricing feedback, and customer requirements within the territory. Provide actionable market intelligence to executive leadership, product management, and headquarters teams. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with internal technical support, operations, and product management teams to support partner success and customer satisfaction. Coordinate customer requirements, product feedback, and order-related communications to ensure smooth commercial execution and fulfillment quality. Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales or channel sales experience within Medical Device, Medical Imaging, Capital Equipment, Healthcare IT, or related technical industries. Proven experience developing revenue through dealers, distributors, or indirect sales channels. Strong business development capability with experience independently building and expanding a territory. Demonstrated experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting processes, CRM systems, and regional business plans. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory (approximately 50% or as needed). Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Medical Imaging, Digital Radiography (DR), X-ray Imaging, Radiology, or related imaging technologies. Experience with DR systems, flat panel detectors (FPD), X-ray generators, or related imaging components. Existing relationships with medical imaging dealers, distributors, or channel partners within the assigned territory. Experience supporting imaging markets such as chiropractic, veterinary, orthopedic, urgent care, or imaging centers. Experience coordinating technical or integration-related customer requirements with internal engineering or product teams.
