Job Title: Quality Control InspectorJob DescriptionThis role focuses on performing detailed quality control inspections within an automotive manufacturing environment to identify flaws and defects, ensure production meets industry standards, and accurately complete all required quality documentation.ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough quality control inspections on automotive parts and components to identify flaws, defects, and nonconformities.Verify that production output consistently meets established industry and organizational quality standards.Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to take accurate measurements and confirm product specifications.Interpret and work from blueprints to understand product requirements and inspection criteria.Document inspection results clearly and accurately on all required quality control paperwork and forms.Assist in maintaining quality assurance records and logs to support traceability and continuous improvement efforts.Communicate inspection findings to production and quality teams and help ensure that corrective actions are implemented.Follow established quality assurance and inspection procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring issues and potential process enhancements.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry in any capacity.Hands-on experience performing quality control or quality inspection activities.Ability to identify flaws and defects in automotive parts and components during inspection.Proficiency using calipers for precise measurement.Proficiency using micrometers for accurate dimensional checks.Ability to read and interpret blueprints to determine inspection requirements.Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance processes in a manufacturing setting.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing quality control paperwork and documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in an automotive manufacturing environment.Experience in quality assurance or quality inspection roles.Comfort working with precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.Ability to follow established procedures and standards with consistency.Strong communication skills to report findings and collaborate with production teams.Why Work Here?You will join a long-term, stable organization that offers opportunities for upward mobility and career growth within an essential business, providing a reliable work environment and the potential to develop your skills over time.Work EnvironmentThe role is based in an automotive manufacturing environment, where you will work around production equipment and automotive components.
