And finally, you're open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Experience5 years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projectsExcellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, .Net etc.) with debugging and problem-solving skillsSoftware development methodologies, with demonstrated experience developing scalable and robust softwareExperienced in relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, Rest-based web servicesKnowledge of architecture design – Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & k8s), messaging queuesDeep understanding of OOP and Design patternsPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceCertification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) – otherwise, you can obtain certifications with KyndrylExperience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practicesCompensationThe compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $92,040 to $174,840 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area): $110,400 to $209,880California (All Other): $101,280 to $192,360Colorado: $92,040 to $174,840Massachusetts: $92,040 to $192,360New York City: $110,400 to $209,880Washington: $101,280 to $192,360Washington DC: $101,280 to $192,360This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.
