Municipal Engineering - Fehr Graham\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nAs an Project Manager - Site Development Engineer, you'll be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism. You'll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prepare and deliver proposals, contracts and presentations. You'll also:\r\nManage and oversee all phases of site development and civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction assistance.\r\nLead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver high-quality project outcomes.\r\nPrepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports related to grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and site layout.\r\nDevelop project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to client expectations and technical standards.\r\nCoordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.\r\nSupport business development efforts by preparing proposals, attending client meetings, and identifying new project opportunities.\r\nEnsure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and permitting processes.\r\nWhat It Takes\r\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.\r\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or Illinois, or ability to obtain within 6 months.\r\n5+ years of progressive experience in civil/site development engineering, including project management responsibilities.\r\nProven track record managing land development, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects.\r\nStrong technical knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadway design, and utility systems.\r\nProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.\r\nExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships simultaneously.\r\nWhat You'll Get\r\nYou'll have the opportunity to grow professionally at a progressive firm that's been improving communities since 1973.
