Join us in delivering exceptional service and building genuine connections with our clients.As an Area Management Trainee at QQ, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-month fast-track training program designed to prepare you for a leadership role in regional operations. You will learn to oversee approximately 15-20 store locations, ensuring operational excellence, consistent brand experience, and sustainable revenue growth. Upon successful completion of the 6-month training and performance evaluation, you will be eligible for promotion to an Official Area Manager.Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & SOP ComplianceConduct regular site visits to 15-20 assigned locations to audit and ensure strict adherence to QQ’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Monitor store facilities, appliances, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and professional environment.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions immediately.2. Communication & LeadershipServe as the primary liaison between Headquarters (HQ) and Store Managers, ensuring all corporate policies are clearly communicated and executed.Facilitate effective manager-to-manager communication to share best practices across the area.Provide leadership support to store teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.3. Training & DevelopmentOversee and follow up on training programs for both store managers and frontline staff.Ensure all team members are up-to-date with technical skills, customer service standards, and product knowledge.4. Marketing & Guest ExperienceMonitor the execution of in-store marketing campaigns, including visual merchandising, promotional signage, and staff sales scripts.Act as a "Store Experience Manager" by evaluating the end-to-end guest journey and ensuring premium service quality at every touchpoint.5. Performance & ReportingTrack and analyze Area KPIs, including revenue targets, customer retention, and labor efficiency.Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly operational reports to senior management.Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience: Prior experience in retail management, hospitality, or the beauty/service industry is a significant plus.Skills: Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities.Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data and KPIs to drive business results.Mobility: Willingness to travel between multiple store locations within the assigned area.What We Offer:Career Progression: A clear 6-month path to becoming an Official Area Manager.Performance Incentives: Competitive base salary, $70,000, with the potential for store location revenue bonuses based on performance.Professional Growth: Hands-on mentorship from senior leadership and exposure to large-scale brand operations.
