With guidance from a qualified SQE, you will develop and execute tests on new and existing products to ensure that they meet the requisite functional, technical, and regulatory compliance and maintain high overall product quality.\n\nEssential Job Functions:\n\nUnder a Senior Engineer/ Manager supervision; identify test cases, develop and execute test plans and test scripts for new and existing game themes and operating systems\n\nFollow requirements and directions provided by Senior Engineer/ Manager\n\nUtilize all required databases for SQE functions and testing\n\nIntroduction and overview of software test methodologies/procedures and overall product development lifecycle\n\nAssist in reproduction of issues, when necessary, to assist software development in resolving issues\n\nUtilize all required tools/databases for carrying out necessary functions and testing\n\nQualifications\n\nExperience in deriving SQA plans/cases from system requirements\n\nKnowledge and experience using Visual Studio\n\nKnowledge and experience with C and/or C++\n\nKnowledge and experience using Linux/Unix\n\nSoftware Test methodologies and Product Development lifecycle\n\nAutomation experience a plus\n\nGaming industry experience preferred\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:\n\nPosition requires excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members\n\nGood time management and organizational skills\n\nDetailed oriented and capable of working and completing tasks with minimal supervision\n\nAble to work and deliver in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment\n\nReal-time embedded systems and/or gaming experience preferred\n\nJIRA experiences preferred\n\nExperience with Windows desktop applications is required.\n\nAgile methodologies preferred\n\nResults oriented, risk taking and extensive multi-tasking ability\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
