Your expertise will help drive quality manufacturing outcomes and support the seamless flow of materials throughout our facility.\nResponsibilities\nOperate a variety of manufacturing equipment such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brakes, stamping presses, and flexo presses with precision and safety.\nUse forklift trucks to handle materials, raw supplies, and finished products across the warehouse and production areas efficiently.\nRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate machining and fabrication.\nProgram CNC machines using CAM programming software and troubleshoot issues related to Fanuc controllers or programmable logic controllers (PLCs).\nConduct quality control inspections utilizing calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, and other tools to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications.\nMaintain a clean, organized workspace by performing routine equipment maintenance, tooling checks, and adhering to safety protocols.\nAssist in assembly line operations, materials handling, packaging, and fabrication tasks as needed to support production goals.\nRequirements\nProven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or flexo presses within a factory environment.\nStrong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.\nProficiency in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.\nValid forklift certification with experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.\nFamiliarity with CAD software like SolidWorks or similar design tools is a plus.\nBasic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, welding, tooling setup, and assembly.\nAbility to work effectively on an assembly line while maintaining high safety standards.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for quality control purposes.\nPrior factory or warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with CAM programming or CNC programming is advantageous.
