The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong operational management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to improve processes while maintaining a strong culture of safety.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect, supervise, and coordinate the activities of operational staff, including field personnel and supervisors.Lead day-to-day operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.Collaborate with leadership to align operational execution with business goals, customer expectations, and profitability objectives.Evaluate staffing needs, material requirements, subcontractor utilization, and resource allocation to support project demands.Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Review operational reports and identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and prevent project delays.Develop and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and streamline workflows.Audit operational expenditures and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.Partner with cross-functional teams and regional offices to drive continuous operational improvements.Lead employee performance management, coaching, development, and succession planning.Provide recommendations regarding hiring, promotions, compensation, and performance evaluations.Ensure consistent administration of company policies while fostering positive employee relations.Support training, compliance, housekeeping, and operational best practices across all teams.Participate in job evaluations and provide job analysis documentation when required.Promote and maintain a strong culture of workplace safety, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety standards and company policies.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
