Our portfolio of proven products, processes, and engineering expertise provides customers with single-point responsibility f or complete solutions that enable water professional to achieve their objectives with the lowest combination of risk and costs while driving enhanced outcomes for people, communities, and the planet.\nWhat Will You Do?\nThis position is NOT I.T. related.\nProject Management in a manufacture enviornment.\nCoordinate engineering, manufacturing and procurement depts. to deliver the project to customer based on a defined scope, within time and budget.\nMonitor project progress and set deadlines, including milestones, invoices, major material procurement, taking into consideration lead times, shared resources, and commercial priorities.\nManage the entire project life cycle:\no Project Planning:\n Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.\n Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.\no Execution & Monitoring:\n Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.\n Track project milestones and deliverables.\n Identify and mitigate risks.\no Stakeholder Management:\n Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.\n Act as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.\no Resource Management:\n Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.\n Ensure resource availability and allocation.\no Reporting:\n Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations.\n Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate and prepare technical cost proposals.\nCompile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and according to scope defined in kick off meeting.\nHybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, one day remote\nYour Physical Work Environment Will Require…\nSitting for long periods of time working on a computer /talking over the phone\nAbility to go to customer worksite if need be.\nStanding for long periods of time\nYour Experience Should Be...\nBachelor’s degree in business/engineering preferred.\n5 + years of project management experience\nWorking knowledge of packaged portable, industrial or groundwater treatment systems and processes preferred.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, sales, etc.\nPractical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.\nKnowledge Skills:\n\nHigh Competency w/ Microsoft Office Products: Word, Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
