We are a family owned and operated sitework construction company that has been providing the greater Mid-Coast area of Maine with quality services and products since 1955. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid vacations, holidays, and sick time. In addition we provide a retirement plan with company contribution and employee health, vision, dental, short term disability, and life insurance. As well as a yearly boot allowance.\nDescription\nExperienced Job Foreman with equipment operation skills. Proficient in light or heavy commercial projects. Should have experience operating various excavation equipment and knowledge to manage a project in a safe and competent manner. Must have a willingness to perform various other necessary tasks and be able to work in an unsupervised area. Should also have good skills in working with the public. We are a progressive company dedicated to providing opportunities and security for our employees.\nWe focus on working in the greater Mid-Coast Maine area which allows all our employees to return home in the evenings. Traveling which requires overnight stays in not anticipated. Company will provide crew truck which can also be used to commute to and from work. Wages commensurate with experience.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 3-5 years of equipment operation & supervisory experience. Must be a dependable and motivated individual who works well with the general public and can work on your own. You also must have a willingness to represent the company in a safe and professional manner.
