Manage existing accounts and develop new business, selling custom bioprocess services.
Fantastic opportunity to join a startup with expertise in the Cell and Gene Therapy market. Seeking experienced sales professionals with knowledge and established relationships in the bioprocessing, CGT and viral vector markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop territory business plan to exceed territory revenue quotas
Maintain existing accounts, and identify and develop new opportunities in the cell therapy and viral vector markets
Manage contract development, negotiations and deal structuring
Leverage KOL relationships in the region to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications
BS in life science discipline
3-5+ years life science sales/BD experience with a proven track record of success
Experience managing and closing large deals
Well established network in regional biotech, pharma and therapeutics account; specifically in the areas of cell therapy and protein production
Solid understanding of bioprocessing, cell culture, cell therapy, gene therapy and/or viral vectors
Adaptable; ability to work in fast paced startup environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills; able to sell at any level of the organization, including C Suite
Compensation
Competitive salary, plus uncapped commission and equity.
