Contract Analyst (Sales Operations Support)

Atlantic Partners Corp's enterprise client is seeking a Contract Analyst with sales operations/contract experience.This is a non-senior role and contract right to hire (temp to perm). No benefits are available for this W-2 hourly contract, paying $30-$32 an hr.2-4 years of total experience is required, and local candidates are needed from the Trenton, NJ/Philly, PA areas.No 3rd party staffing firms: No C2C's and no referrals.Role OverviewThe Contract Analyst will support Sales Operations by managing contracts from review through execution. This includes redlining, coordinating with Legal and business partners, tracking approvals, and ensuring contracts align with company policies while supporting business goals.ResponsibilitiesReview and redline commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and sales agreements)Partner with Legal to ensure compliance and manage riskCollaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Operations on deal termsTrack contract status, versions, approvals, and signaturesMaintain records in CRM/CLM systems and support audits and reportingIdentify risks, suggest alternative language, and support process improvementsQualifications2–4 years in contract management, sales ops, deal desk, or legal operations (flexible)Hands-on experience with contract redlines and negotiationsStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience supporting B2B Sales or SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with quote-to-cash processes, pricing, and contract risk considerationsLocation(s): Yardley, PA or Madison, WI - hybrid roleThis is not a business development role.
