Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable UI architecture and frameworks using Angular. • Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for front-end development. • Build reusable components, libraries, and UI modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend, QA, UX, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions. • Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and responsiveness of applications. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for UI teams. • Drive adoption of modern tooling, CI/CD practices, and UI automation. • Stay updated with emerging technologies, including AI-driven UI enhancements (good to have). Required Skills • Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions) and front-end architecture. • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based design, and state management. • Experience in building and maintaining enterprise-level UI frameworks. • Solid understanding of API integration, micro frontend architecture (nice to have). • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have • Knowledge/experience in AI/GenAI integration in UI (e.g., intelligent UX, copilots). • Hands-on experience with: o HTML5 o CSS3 o SASS/SCSS • Exposure to design systems and UI/UX principles. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Typically 8+ years of experience in front-end development with 3+ years in architecture role. Soft Skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable UI solutions. • Leadership mindset with focus on mentoring and team growth.
