Join us in making wellness a fundamental part of everyday living.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented TikTok Shop and Influencer Coordinator to support and grow our presence within the Latinx community. This role will focus heavily on scaling TikTok Shop, managing affiliate and creator relationships, filming Spanish-language content, coordinating live streams, and engaging our Spanish-speaking creator network.Key Responsibilities:TikTok ShopSupport the TikTok Shop Community Manager in building and scaling the Latinx creator communityManage daily creator communications via TikTok, Discord, WhatsApp, Lark, and email (in Spanish)Coordinate and schedule TikTok Live streams with Latinx creators for @lemmeespañolDevelop and distribute TikTok Shop communications in Spanish, including creative briefs, engagement prompts, webinars, emails, and moreFilm and create TikTok Shop content in Spanish for @lemmeespañolIdentify trending TikTok Shop content and proactively recommend engagement opportunitiesInfluencerSupport the influencer team in expanding the Latinx creator community across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTubeSource and conduct outreach to Latinx creators for gifting and paid content opportunitiesActively engage with the community to foster strong creator relationshipsQualifications:1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or e-commerce (TikTok Shop experience is a plus)Bilingual / fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok ShopComfortable filming content direct-to-camera and going liveExperience in community managementExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDeep familiarity with social trends and creator cultureLives in Miami, FL is a plus
