This role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments across our Kermit and Monahans, Texas locations. If you are a quick learner with a passion for systems, networking, and desktop support, we want to hear from you!\r\nResponsibilities\r\nContinuously develop expertise in systems and network administration to enhance performance and efficiency.\r\nGain hands-on experience with industry-leading virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Veeam, and VMware, contributing to the optimization of virtual environments.\r\nDeliver responsive and effective end-user support through a ticketing system, phone, and direct requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.\r\nCollaborate with Systems Administrators on diverse projects, providing valuable assistance in troubleshooting and system maintenance.\r\nCreate and refine detailed documentation of processes and procedures to standardize workflows and improve knowledge sharing.\r\nProactively address after-hours IT requests, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalating complex problems as necessary.\r\nDeploy and configure IT assets across enterprise environments, aligning technology with business needs.\r\nSupport backup and disaster recovery processes to maintain data integrity and business continuity.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\nProven ability to provide desktop support for both local and remote staff in manufacturing (outdoors) and office environments.\r\nFamiliarity with desktop software, networking (routers, switches), and troubleshooting IT issues both in person and remotely.\r\nStrong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.\r\nWillingness to travel and work across multiple Texas locations (primarily Kermit and Monahans) with flexible, on-call availability.\r\nHow You Will Stand Out\r\nAAS in Computer Science or a related technical field.\r\nExperience working in IT support within a manufacturing setting.\r\nExperience with virtualization technologies and advanced networking systems.\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nTeam player with a positive, supportive attitude.\r\nWork Location\r\nTravel: Up to 10%\r\nNight Shift: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM – Wednesday–Sunday or Thursday–Monday with on-call responsibilities\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment both indoors and outdoors.\r\nWhat You Will Love About Us\r\nBest People and Team.
