Maintenance Supervisor
Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can lead by example, drive quality, and create a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents.What You'll Be Doing:Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations across the propertyWalk the community daily to ensure curb appeal + overall property standardsManage unit turns / make-readies to ensure apartments are move-in readyPerform final inspections prior to move-in (quality is everything!)Handle work orders efficiently (48-hour turnaround or less)Coordinate vendors for landscaping, snow removal, and repairsJump in on repairs when needed: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliancesMaintain inventory + stay ahead with preventative maintenance planningEnsure safety standards and compliance are always metWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of maintenance or construction experienceStrong skills in:HVAC (heat pumps / forced air systems)Plumbing, electrical, carpentryAppliance repair + pool maintenanceLeadership mindset - you can lead a team and own your buildingComfortable using systems for work orders + schedulingValid driver's license requiredWhy This Role Stands Out:Stable, full-time schedule (Monday-Friday!)Opportunity to lead and make a direct impact on a communityHands-on role with variety-no two days are the sameSupportive leadership and team environmentAdditional Details:On-call rotation every other weekOccasional overtime based on business needsMust be comfortable working in a physically active role (lifting, climbing, etc.)ZIPDHBGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
