Recruiter (Staffing/HR) – Full-Time Location: Marietta, GA 30067 Schedule: Monday– Friday | 8: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM Pay Rate: $16–$19 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and professional Recruiter to join our team in Marietta, GA. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Human Resources, staffing, or recruiting who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping connect candidates with the right job opportunities. The Recruiter will be responsible for supporting daily hiring operations by screening candidates, conducting interviews, verifying documentation, and maintaining strong communication with applicants throughout the hiring process. Key ResponsibilitiesInterview and screen candidates for open positionsManage inbound calls and respond to applicant inquiries in a timely mannerMake outbound calls to candidates to schedule interviews and follow upComplete onboarding paperwork and ensure proper documentation is collectedPerform I-9 verification and ensure compliance with hiring requirementsMaintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systemsSupport recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates through job boards and referralsProvide excellent customer service to applicants and internal team members QualificationsPrevious experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or a related field requiredStrong communication and phone skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environmentComfortable conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualificationsKnowledge of basic HR processes (onboarding, documentation, compliance)Professional, organized, and detail-orientedAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
