The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service.\nResponsibilities:\nManage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.\nCan analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.\nVerify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.\nEnsure application of best practice on all projects.\nProduction of formal project status reports and other reports as required.\nMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctly.\nManage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.\nManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.\nForecast and update key project milestones.\nManage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria.\nProvide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders\nRapid response to RFIs from the field.\nProvide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required\nIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.\nClient management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.\nStrategic Thinking - provide advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives.\nKnowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is captured.\nProcess improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes.\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience.\nStrong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.\nEffective presentation skills.\nProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.\nStrong communication skills.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThe salary range for this full-time role is $110k-$130k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
