Be a part of history!\r\nThe Role\r\nAs a Cage Supervisor, you will support all cage operations. In addition, you will ensure the team adheres to company and state policies and regulatory requirements.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nFoster an environment that embodies Bally 's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere\r\nEnthusiastically promote Bally 's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations\r\nEnsure adherence to all policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals\r\nMonitor cage procedures to ensure compliance with the company 's internal controls\r\nClosely supervise all cash flow and accompanying transactions into and out of the cage; ensure tight security is maintained in the cage\r\nMake direct contact, either by phone or face-to-face, with customers when taking credit applications\r\nMake direct contact with other casinos to obtain and document patron casino credit information\r\nAuthorizes lines of credit\r\nReview mail-in markers payments, return check logs and return marker logs\r\nMaintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at the end of each shift; investigate all variances and report discrepancies to management as needed\r\nInvestigate and resolve customer complaints\r\nAssist with the preparation of daily and weekly reports\r\nMonitor equipment and inventory supplies for cage operations\r\nPerform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program\r\nAssist with selecting, training, and developing team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action\r\nPerform cage cashier duties as needed\r\nPerform other duties as assigned\r\nQualifications\r\nMust be 21 years of age or older\r\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board\r\nMust have a high school diploma or equivalent\r\nMust have at least one year of supervisory experience\r\nMust be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressment\r\nMust have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite products and must be able to learn other software programs easily\r\nMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skills\r\nMust have above-average math skills and pass a math assessment issued by the company\r\nMust pass a color vision assessment test issued by the company\r\nWhat 's in it for you:\r\nCompetitive Salary with annual performance reviews\r\nComprehensive health coverage plan that includes medical, dental, and vision\r\n401(K)/ Company Match\r\nAccess Perks and Childcare discounts\r\n$7 Daily Employee Parking\r\nTarget Salary Range: $28.85/hr.\r\nPhysical & Work Environment:\r\nRegularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand\r\nFrequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach\r\nOccasionally required to sit or stoop\r\nMust occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds\r\nRequires visual acuity to perform close-up activities, peripheral oversight, and distinguish color\r\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
