Our growth engine is influencer-driven — and we believe scale wins.We’re looking for a relentless, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help us source, vet, and activate high volumes of aligned creators every month.If you love research, pipelines, and identifying breakout talent before everyone else, this role is for you.The RoleThe Influencer Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for high-volume creator sourcing and vetting to fuel our expanding ambassador and affiliate ecosystem.This role is execution-heavy and metrics-driven. Your success will be measured by:Qualified creators are sourced weeklyResponse and onboarding ratesVolume of activated creatorsAccuracy in tracking and payout setupYou’ll work directly with the Marketing Director, Influencer & Partnerships to continuously scale our creator pipeline.What You’ll Own🔎 High-Volume Creator SourcingSource large volumes of U.S.-based fitness creators weekly (10K+ followers minimum)Identify micro, mid-tier, and emerging creators aligned with millennial audiencesActively research across Instagram and other social platformsBuild and maintain a robust, constantly refreshed creator pipeline✅ Rigorous Vetting & QualificationEvaluate engagement quality, audience authenticity, and brand alignmentScreen for posting frequency, content consistency, and professionalismFlag audience red flags (low-quality engagement, bots, misalignment)Categorize creators by vertical (fit dad, busy mom, coach, athlete, etc.)📬 Outreach & Pipeline ManagementManage high-volume outreach and follow-upsTrack status from sourced → contacted → responded → onboardedMaintain clean, organized databases and reporting dashboardsEnsure no creator falls through the cracks🚀 Activation & Tracking SupportSupport onboarding into influencer & partner systemsEnsure proper platform connections for payout eligibilityConfirm content is bound correctly for campaign trackingAssist with performance reporting and creator rankingWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years in influencer marketing, social media, or talent sourcing (education may count as 1 year minimum requirement) Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach and pipeline trackingExtremely detail-oriented — spreadsheets do not intimidate youStrong pattern recognition (you can quickly identify quality vs. fluff)Comfortable working with performance metrics and weekly targetsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environmentPassion for creator ecosystems, project management, relationship building, and better-for-you decisions and lifestyles.LocationThis role is at our Headquarters in Jupiter Florida.
