Position Summary As a Full-Time Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely transportation services. Whether it’s assisting with client transportation needs or handling other driving-related tasks, your role will be essential in helping us provide reliable care. Key Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from their destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle. Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and team members. Assist clients as needed to ensure their comfort and safety during transit. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of driving experience (required). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations in Merrillville, IN, and surrounding areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs, if required. Why Join Us?
