About The Team
Capital One is looking for an experienced product leader who can lead the Engineering 360 team. This team is optimizing Capital One’s Card developer experience to automate everything but the creative, creating tooling and best practices to both deliver code faster and, in the background, drive automation that ensures applications are well managed. You will own the strategy and execution of the vision for Capital One’s Card Business; inspire and lead your team, users and adjacent teams; and drive a continuous discovery process, optimizing for efficiency and quality. This leader will instill an outcome orientation and partner with product and technology leaders across the organization to deliver exceptional experiences for our developers. One of the most important aspects of the role is building and leading a world‑class team to deliver on this journey.

Basic Qualifications
At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management.
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

McLean, VA: $269,600 – $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
New York, NY: $294,100 – $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $245,100 – $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
