This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on work, solving complex problems, and contributing across the full product lifecycle.\n\nKey responsibilities include working as part of a small, agile engineering team to develop mission-critical U.S. Army instrumentation systems, while contributing to the design, development, and testing of electronics hardware, including custom PCBs. You will support software and firmware development for embedded systems and collaborate on system integration, troubleshooting, and performance validation. Responsibilities also include contributing to the full product lifecycle, from initial design and fabrication through fielding and long-term sustainment.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution\n5 + years of experience\n\nRequired:\nExperience with digital and analog electronics design and fabrication\nAbility to read schematics and trouble-shoot hardware\nExperience integrating hardware, firmware and software in complex systems\nStrong understanding of engineering principles and processes\nA high level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite\nWillingness to travel\n\nDesired:\nExperience with schematic capture and PCB layout design using Altium Designer TM\nExperience with FPGA design using Quartus Prime software\nEmbedded software design experience with C and C++ languages\nExperience with configuration management of engineering products (e.g., schematics)\n\nA high level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required, along with organizational, managerial, written, and verbal communication skills. Applicant should be detail oriented with good analytical skills, a team player, and able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.\n\nApplicant must have a current security clearance or be able to obtain a security clearance through a government security investigation.
