Leasing Professional We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and creating a great resident experience. What You’ll Do Lease apartment homes from first contact through move-in Greet prospects, conduct tours, and follow up on leads Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and maintain resident files Support marketing efforts, including online listings and social media Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws Assist the Community Manager with daily operations What We’re Looking For Leasing, property management, or customer service/sales experience preferred Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Experience with Yardi or similar property management software Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, fast-paced team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): How many years of property leasing leasing experience do you have?
