Join us in our innovative IT Practice.\r\nNO RESUMES ACCEPTED AFTER 5:00 PM EST ON 11.30.2012\r\nQualificationsRequired Skills:\r\n3+ years of professional experience which should include either management consulting experience or relevant industry knowledge.\r\nExperience as a team leader in a full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment (including design and development)\r\nUnderstanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle\r\nProduction Experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technical lead\r\nProduction deployment experience using the OPA Web Determinations engine in a US.gov website project\r\nDemonstrated ability in managing client-side training processes on OPA production rule bases\r\nBachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred\r\nExperience leading teams of analysts and developers\r\nKnowledge and understanding of Licensing and Permitting processes\r\nA willingness to travel to client locations\r\nExperience Level:\r\n3+ years of experience in consulting and project management\r\n1+ years in full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment\r\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment\r\nMust be able to work independently\r\nOther Skills:\r\n- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.\r\n- Relationship management skills (influence, negotiation, consulting, etc.).\r\n- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.\r\n- Strong Leadership & Project Management skills\r\n- Ability to manage competing priorities on an ongoing basis\r\n- Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflict.\r\n- Must be able to effectively communicate problem status to senior management\r\n- Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables\r\nThe successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to lead in a team environment.
