Pay: $26.00 - $28.00/hourBenefits:Accrued Paid Sick LeaveFull benefit package offered by the client once hired onSchedule/Assignment Length:Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1-hour unpaid meal breakCompany/Position Overview: Our client, a linen service provider to hospitals along the Front Range and Southern Wyoming, is interviewing immediately for a temp-to-hire HR Assistant to support the Director of Human Resources. This is a great entry-level HR role for someone looking to start their HR career!Job Duties:Assist with daily administrative tasks within the HR departmentMaintain employee files and ensure records are accurate and up to dateEnter and update employee data in HR systemsAnswer basic HR-related questions and direct inquiries appropriatelyAssist with posting job openings and scheduling interviewsSupport new hire onboarding and orientation logisticsAssist with payroll data collection and benefits documentationMaintain confidentiality of employee informationQualifications:1+ year of administrative experienceSome experience in human resources is helpfulBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)Strong organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detailExcellent communication skillsWillingness to learn and take directionBilingual (English-Spanish) a plusParking: Free on-siteDress: Business CasualJ.
