Through individualized supports and person-centered services, Benedictine is committed to helping each person reach their full potential.\nJob Description:\nThe Job Developer promotes competitive integrated employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by building relationships with local employers, identifying employment opportunities, and supporting individuals throughout the job placement process.
