Benefits $500 Signing Bonus! *limited time Hourly wages, time-and-a-half, and bonuses for after hours/on call work Starting pay negotiable with performance based raises/promotions 401(K) with Company Match Health Insurance for You and Your Family Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short & Long Term Disability Insurance Pet Insurance Paid Training Paid Holidays & Vacation Overtime Bonus Opportunities On Demand Pay Employee Discount Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Responsibilities Respond to residential and commercial properties affected by water or fire damage Job duties include emergency service response, water extraction, light demolition, use of hand tools and power tools and the placement of drying equipment Perform mitigation services to IICRC standards Communicate and provide detailed notes on job progess daily Follow documentation procedures/requirements (paper & electronic) Follow all safety practices and industry standards at facility and job sites Keep vehicle clean, organized and stocked with necessary equipment and supplies Must be able to work after hours and weekends when necessary Requirements Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record Must pass criminal background check and drug screen Willingness to learn the entire restoration process Willing to work after normal business hours as needed (time-and-a-half / bonuses) 1-2 years experience with water, mold, or fire remediation preferred Restoration/construction general knowledge or carpentry experience preferred Excellent communication skills Friendly, honest, hardworking and dependable Reliable transportation Chauffeur's License & DOT Certification are a plus IICRC certifications preferred We are a non-smoking facility and an equal opportunity employer.
