Currently, we import, manufacture, and distribute over 7,000 Japanese foods, beverages, restaurant equipment, and supplies.BenefitsAll paid Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for employees and their dependentsLife Insurance and 401k Plan with company match.Location: Flower Mound, TexasHours: M-F: 8 AM – 5 PMEssential Job FunctionsMeets the monthly and annual sales targets as designated by the managerVisits customers to provide support, and information, and sell the Company’s productsCoordinates with the accounting department to ensure the collection of payments in a timely manner Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapportResponds to and communicate with all customers in a timely mannerTravels and visit out-of-town customers bi-weekly, introducing and selling products.Coordinates urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needsEducates customers on how the products or services can benefit themInputs and updates orders within the Company database accordinglyMaintains and safely navigates the Company vehicle as per the Company Vehicle PolicyParticipate in the weekly meetingsAttends Company events and functions outside of normal working hoursOther duties as required by the managerObligation to answer to all management as requestedPhysical RequirementsAble to drive for a majority of the daily working hours, including long hours of driving Able to sit in a car for extended periods of timeAble to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionallyAble to use the phone for extended periods of timeWorking ConditionsNoise Level: Normal to loud while in the officeOther RequirementsBusiness level English required – Read/write/speak/listenBusiness level Korean required – Read/write/speak/listen (Japanese or Chinese language abilities also preferred) Has a valid driver's license and maintains a clean driving recordAble to periodically stay overnight out of town to visit clientsMaintains a positive attitude Able to work independently and as a teamAble to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workloadHigh School Diploma required.
